Need a Network Connection in Your Booth?

The SCinet Connection Request System (CRS) makes that possible. SCinet is the high-performance network that provides all the networking connections for the conference. Using the CRS, booth managers can make requests for any kind of network connections (100, 10, or 1 Gigabit Ethernet delivered over singlemode fiber optic cable) that are needed to support demonstrations, business meetings, or any other event you might hold in your booth. Important Dates

The CRS will open July 17, 2020. To avoid a late fee, connection requests are due before October 9, 2020. We will make every effort to fulfill requests received by October 16, 2020; however, in some cases, we will be unable to support late requests. We ask that you consider and submit your needs by the end of September 2020 to guarantee that the requested services are available and that no additional fees are imposed.

  • Friday, July 17, 2020 – SCinet Connection Request System (CRS) opens (for exhibit booths)
  • Friday, October 9, 2020 – Late fees imposed (all orders submitted after October 9 are fulfilled with an additional fee imposed)
  • Friday, October 16, 2020 – SCinet CRS requests accepted on best-effort basis
  • Sunday, November 1, 2020 – SCinet CRS cancellation/refund deadline


SCinet will email booth managers with information on how to use the CRS, including login and password information, in Summer 2020.
