John Bent
Biography
A Technologist at Seagate, John Bent, an author of more than 100 publications and patents, John has been influencing HPC storage since starting his career at Los Alamos National Lab in 2005. A graduate of Amherst College with a focus on anthropology, John served for two years as a Peace Corps volunteer in the Republic of Palau before earning a PhD in computer science from the University of Wisconsin
