Biography
Dr. Hanford is a postdoctoral appointee at Lawrence Livermore National
Laboratory (LLNL) with a background in high-performance networking and
distributed systems. His current research is focused on characterizing
protocol design outcomes in MPI implementations for heterogeneous
architectures. His research interests include messaging workflows
benchmark automation and aggregation, operating system tuning,
transport protocol design, and high-speed networking.
