Zakhar Matveev
Biography
Zakhar A. Matveev, PhD'2012 (computer science), is a Parallel Studio product architect in the Intel Software, also leading Roofline performance methodology automation as part of Intel (r) Advisor analysis tool. His current focus is a hardware/software co-design, memory and vector parallelism assistance tools. His professional interests are in the areas of high performance computing, parallel programming and scalable software design. Zakhar has 1.5 years teaching experience in University level classes for software engineering. He served as a course plan developer, leading presenter and hands-on tutor for half-day tutorials at EUROPAR-2016, Roofline SC'17 and ISC'18 Tutorials, IXPUG-2016, DoE+Intel Roofline 1st and 2nd DoE workshops at LBNL, full day seminars in CERN, BSC, FZJ, NCAR.
