Biography
Miquel Moretó received the BSc. and MSc. degrees in mathematics and electrical engineering from the Universitat Politècnica de Catalunya (UPC), and the PhD degree in the Computer Architecture Department at the same university. He spent 15 months as a postdoctoral fellow at the International Computer Science Institute (ICSI), Berkeley, USA. His research interests include studying shared resources in multithreaded architectures and modelling interconnection networks in parallel systems.
