Twinkle Jain is a fourth-year Ph.D. student in the Systems and Networks program at Northeastern University, advised by Professor Gene Cooperman. Jain’s research is focused on achieving resilience in the High Performance Computing environment via a user-level transparent checkpoint-restore technique. She has been invited to Inria, France as a student, and later as a research visitor, investigating heavy tails on big data platforms. Prior to joining Northeastern, Jain earned her Master’s degree in 2015 from M.B.M. Engineering College in India.
