Denis Barthou is professor at Bordeaux INP, France and is the head of a team at Inria Bordeaux Sud-Ouest. His research is on compiler optimizations, runtime systems for parallel and high performance computers. He obtained a PhD in Computer Science from U. of Versailles, advised by P.Feautrier.
