Wendy Wilhelm's first SuperComputing conference was in '91. Although she hasn't been to every conference since, she's remained part of the HPC community, especially Women in HPC (WHPC). She works at Intel and manages a team that integrates, validates, and debugs large scale in-house systems. (HW, SW, Fabric) Her team brings together next-generation technology to find issues earlier in the product life cycle. (Her goal is to help our end users get from 0->Science faster.) She’s had many positions during her career at Intel while also being married, a mother to 2, and spending time with family in the garden, cooking, or board gaming. Wendy is also involved in the Intel Native American Network community, as the Oregon Executive Sponsor. Outside of work, she coaches a local high school robotic team and helps with Hillsboro Title VI programs.
