Patrick Diehl

Biography
Dr. Patrick Diehl received his Ph.D. in applied mathematics from the University of Bonn in Germany. After his Ph.D. studies, he worked as a postdoctoral fellow at Ecole de Polytechnique Montreal in Canada. Currently, he is part of the research staff at the Center for Computation & Technology at Louisiana State University. His research focus is on High-Performance Computing, especially asynchronous manytask systems, with modeling and simulation of cracks and fractures in solids using peridynamics as the driven application.
