 lk through different use cases of high-performance computing and quantum s
 imulation in several areas of Life Sciences: structural biology, human, an
 imal and plant genomics and drug development. We will briefly explain the 
 challenges that our collaborative organizations (research centers, hospita
 ls, pharma/biotech) are facing and how technologies have enabled them to a
 chieve scientific excellence. We will outline the co-creation process that
  we have followed together to turn technologies in breakthroughs, generati
 ng tangible impact in society. \n\nThe 1st case study will explain how the
  hybridization of AI and HPC technologies are the perfect blend to refine 
 the structure of the SARS-Cov-2 spike protein reaching to a high-resolutio
 n 3D model that allows a better understanding of the mechanisms of infecti
 on. In the 2nd case in genomics, we will elaborate our one-decade collabor
 ation in optimizing the HPC architecture for the second largest center in 
 Europe in terms of sequencing capabilities. Furthermore, HPC usage will al
 so be illustrated in terms of accelerating the implementation of precision
  medicine with an overview of our activities in the healthcare domain. Obv
 iously, as a gaming-changing revolution of HPC, quantum simulation will be
  discussed as a powerful tool to improve the clinical trials processes.\n\
