 gram was started in 2007 as a way for the National Center for Atmospheric 
 Research to help develop and diversify the workforce needed to run the sup
 ercomputers that facilitate our scientists’ work. The internship supports 
 cohorts of students and alumni through their exploration of technical proj
 ects, the organization and a variety of professional development opportuni
