  our scientific, medical and technology communities unite in an effort to 
 slow the spread and develop ways to combat the infection.\n\nConferences h
 ave started incorporating new platforms to facilitate interaction and enga
 gement among attendees with hundreds of the most talented, experienced sci
 entists and researchers in the world and they are bringing this content to
  the global community. \n\nImproving diversity and inclusion, as well as e
 ngaging the community at training events have been ongoing missions of org
 anizers. In this talk, I would like to share lessons learned and best prac
 tices to better engage the community and ensure continuity for the diverse
